The apartment looks out over umbrella pines without sitting beneath them, allowing full sunlight through the day and warm sunsets from the balcony in the evening. Its through-apartment layout allows natural cross-ventilation, with mosquito screens on every opening so the air can circulate freely.

One parking space is included, though unassigned — residents park freely anywhere within the complex, with no restrictions. Traffic in the area is minimal, making it a safe, easy environment for children, dog walks, jogging or cycling.

Close enough for a day in the city or a quick airport run, but far enough to leave the traffic, noise and density of Durrës or Tirana behind.
